We keep these Terms & Conditions simple but clear to be fair to everyone.
A non-returnable deposit of £50 per attendee is payable when you confirm your place on the course.
We'll invoice you after the event for the outstanding money and payment should be made within ten working days. You can pay by BACS or cheque (details will be on the invoice). Discount are to be agreed on booking.
If you book a place on a course and cannot attend we can sometimes accept substitutions. Substitution is at our discretion only so we need a minimum of 1 calendar month's notice of your requirement to send a substitute with their details. We will then advise you if the substitute can be accepted by us. Our contract is with the organisation or person who books the course so if we accept a substitute the invoice remains payable by those booking the course place, whether the substitute attends the course or not.
We need to keep the balance of groups sensible, so some substitutions cannot be accepted.
Where we receive more than 1 calendar month's notice of non-attendance at the course we will refund your deposit. We cannot accept cancellations made less than a month before the due date of the course.
If you cancel with more than one calendar month's notice we will refund your deposit. With less notice than that we cannot refund this. If you cancel with less than 10 working day's notice you will be liable for the full agreed cost of the place on the training. However, in the event of us being able to find a suitable replacement you will be not be charged the full outstanding costs, but instead a £35 administration fee to cover our time etc. Replacements must be acceptable to us: we will however make an attempt to find a suitable substitute in good faith.
These courses are designed for people who are 'normally fit'. The exercises are simple but you should use your own common-sense about stopping if you are suffering any discomfort. If you are in any doubt you should consult your GP before attending. We will take every reasonable precaution during the course but your health remains your own responsibility.
